Magazine Hotelier is being published since 2007. It has immediately become a leader among its competitors. Hotelier is distributed quarterly among owners and management of hotels, pensions and restaurants throughout Slovakia. It is further distributed among investors in hospitality business and students of vocational schools. It brings interviews with trend setters in tourism, fresh information both local and global, news in gastronomy, design, HR, sustainable development and many others.
Since 2010 we also publish edition Culinary elite (Kuchárska elita). Its intention is to push forward the best chefs working in Slovakia. It is often a little thing that makes difference between a masterpiece and an ordinary meal. Many of these “secrets” are unveiled by masters of culinary art in the edition. The common hallmark of our books is symbiosis of perfect photography with precise visual design. Thanks to these qualities the edition was awarded by distinguished international award “Best in the world”.
